CANCELLATION POLICY
At the Lighthouse we enforce a strict, 24-hour cancellation policy with all our clients. Out of courtesy for those who are seeking immediate care or are waiting for an appointment to open up, please call at least 24 hours in advance to either reschedule or cancel your appointment.
The first late cancellation results in a warning, and any late cancellation thereafter results in a $35
"no-show" fee, charged to your account. Calling less than 24-hours, or not coming to an appointment altogether is considered a no-show.
You are required to complete a cancellation policy agreement prior to the start of your first session.
